In a significant effort to address the digital divide in Zimbabwe, Aura Group has officially launched its reseller partnership with Starlink.
The event, held at the Sabre Business premises in Harare, featured the Minister of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services, Dr. Tatenda A. Mavetera, alongside the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Dr. Jenfan Muswere.
This partnership allows Aura to provide Starlink’s satellite internet connectivity, ensuring customers have access to reliable and affordable internet. The initiative aims to enhance internet availability across various sectors, including education, healthcare, agriculture, and business, particularly in underserved regions.

Minister Mavetera highlighted that Starlink’s entry marks a positive development toward inclusive growth. She emphasized that the deployment of low earth orbit satellite technology offers transformative opportunities for Zimbabwe’s marginalized communities.
