Harare, Zimbabwe | BABA Harare has denied any rumors of a rift with his former boss, Jah Prayzah, asserting that only death could sever their bond.
Previously the lead guitarist for Jah Prayzah’s Third Generation Band, Baba Harare left in 2017 to pursue a solo career. His departure followed that of another prominent member, Pamela Zulu, known as Gonyeti, who left amid allegations of sexual abuse.
Recently, Baba Harare faced backlash from Jah Prayzah’s fans after posting on social media seemingly in support of Winky D, considered a rival to Jah Prayzah. In response, Baba Harare shared an old photo of himself with Jah Prayzah and other band members, captioning it:
“If we listened to all the criticism and negativity thrown our way we wouldn’t have grown into the men we are. In this day and age of content farming, rage baiting and virtue signaling please stand guided.”

“We are family till death does us part. Imi munhu akakuona wakapfeka vhesi reyellow nejombo hombe haasi wekutamba naye. So to the speculators and gossip mongers, rest henyu. We are good over here 🙏🏿,” he wrote.
