Satex Incorporated is seeking dynamic, customer-focused candidates to occupy the Front Counter Salesperson position in our prestigious Sales and Marketing division.

Roles:
You will be the engine of our sales process as a Front Counter Salesperson at Satex Incorporated. Your duties will include everything from starting sales conversations to making sure everything runs well, all while putting the needs of the customer first.
Whether it’s making cold calls, using pre-existing databases, or helping customers in-store, your passion and commitment will be essential to hitting and surpassing sales goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Management: Take charge of achieving and surpassing set sales goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Nurture existing client relationships while seeking out and engaging with new prospects.
- Product Growth Identification: Spot and recommend areas for product growth, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing, or a qualification in motor mechanics.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with additional credit for experience in motor vehicle parts sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with motor spare parts will be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, adaptability to quick learning, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
