Godknows Makonya, director of JORDAN Haulers, has been ordered by the High Court to return missing company assets to the truck shop in Aspindale. This ruling comes after his wife, Cecilia Makonya, filed a complaint, alleging that Godknows had wrongfully claimed ownership of a MAN TGX truck, a MAN Horse truck, a forklift, and a link trailer.
Cecilia, who filed for divorce in November, asserts that she owns a 33 percent stake in the company and managed daily operations until she went on maternity leave in March 2022. She accuses Godknows of failing to provide financial reports about the business and its assets.

In his defense, Godknows argued that he had given his wife the shares, claiming she lacked the authority to act on behalf of Jordan Haulers. However, Justice Regis Dembure ruled that Godknows’ opposition was baseless and malicious, noting that he did not contest key facts relevant to the case.
The court ordered Godknows to return the specified assets to the company within three days, or the Sheriff of the High Court would be authorized to seize the items.
