In an interview with Perth Now, the 38-year-old told the publication that it was a tragic ending to her pregnancy with her partner.
‘We had decided to try for a baby. Falling pregnant was easy actually, it was keeping it,’ she said.
‘We were advised to wait one to two months before trying again, so while three miscarries seem a lot in 13 months, it’s certainly not uncommon for couples trying, which I have grown to understand now.’
‘Losing a baby makes you question yourself in so many ways. What did I do wrong? What’s wrong with me? Will I ever have a family?’
Michelle said it’s been ‘a very emotional journey’ and she has ‘so much respect’ for women who go through the same thing.
‘I think we generally only want to talk about the good, happy and positive, naturally. But going through this experience, it opened my eyes up to the high number of women going through the exact same thing as me,’ she added.
Michelle rose to fame on the 2017 season of Married At First Sight.
Michelle and her twin sister Sharon were fake married to Nick Furphy and Jesse Konstantinoff during the ‘experiment’.
Since making their debut on the dating show, they sisters have kept a relatively low profile.
They are currently running their commercial cleaning business, Marsh Contractors and have also started their own wine range.
