Harare, zimbabwe | A new initiative, the Presidential Programme 4 Professionals (PP4P), has been established, creating a platform for professionals across Zimbabwe to collaborate on national development priorities.
The programme is designed to bring together captains of industry, senior government officials, and experts from various fields in an effort to drive innovation and socio-economic progress.
The initiative reflects the President’s mantra of “leaving no one and no place behind,” offering professionals a structured avenue to contribute to the country’s development while protecting and advancing their careers.
According to Cde K. Kuchekwa, Director of the Commissariat, the Presidential Programme 4 Professionals is already engaged in nationwide mobilisation and community development activities. Local structures and stakeholders have been encouraged to support the programme as it rolls out its initiatives.
PP4P aims to:

Participation is open to all professionals who wish to contribute their expertise to national development. Its founder and National Chairman, Mr. Kudzai Ngirazi, brings extensive experience in public administration, business development, human resources, research, and the telecommunications sector.
By creating a space where professional skills and knowledge are mobilised for the nation, PP4P seeks to strengthen public-private partnerships and foster innovative solutions to socio-economic challenges, while also providing a protective network for career advancement.
While the programme remains independent, ZANU PF has reiterated the national importance of initiatives that leave no one and no place behind, underscoring the value of inclusive professional collaboration in achieving development goals.
