Prophet Madungwe To Appear in Court Facing Charges of Violation OF Road Traficc ACT

Prophet Madungwe Under Spiritual Attacks...On 4th Month Without Paying Rent!

Talent Madungwe, a self-proclaimed prophet known for his controversial beliefs, is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow, October 9, by the Magistrates Court in Epworth.

He faces charges related to violations of the Road Traffic Act, including negligent driving and operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Last week, Madungwe appeared before Magistrate Tafadzwa Miti and pleaded guilty to the charges. The incident occurred on August 6, 2024, around 10 AM, when Madungwe allegedly sideswiped a Nissan NP300, owned by Rutendo Kwinjo, while driving along Airport Road in Hatfield, Harare. The minor collision resulted in damage to Kwinjo’s vehicle, which has the registration number ACG 8313.

The court heard that Madungwe turned right onto the main road, leading to the sideswipe. He was initially released from custody on Wednesday after the State, represented by prosecutor Nyamutswa, requested additional time to amend the case documents.

Madungwe, known for his unconventional religious claims, now faces legal repercussions for his traffic offenses. His sentencing tomorrow is anticipated to bring closure to the case. Talent Madungwe
