PSL Approves Scottland FC's Gate Charge Hike for CAPS United Clash

Harare, Zimbabwe – The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League has granted Scottland FC permission to increase gate charges for their highly anticipated home fixture against CAPS United, Soccer365 can confirm.

The premiership newcomers are set to host CAPS United this Sunday at Rufaro Stadium. Following their request for an increase in ticket prices for the match, the PSL has given its approval.

Fans attending the game will now be expected to pay US$5 for the rest of the ground. Tickets for the VIP Grandstands have been set at US$10, while those opting for the VIP bucket seats will pay US$20. The VIP directors’ enclosure will be exclusively reserved for PSL VVIP cardholders.

In a letter addressed to Scottland’s chief executive officer, acting PSL chief executive officer Rodwell Thabe confirmed the approval.

“We refer to your request for an upward review of gate charges for your Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match against Caps United FC. Your request has been approved, and the match shall be treated as a high-profile event,” Thabe’s letter stated. “Therefore, the entry charges shall be as follows: Rest of ground – US5,VIPGrandstands–US10, VIP Bucket Seats – US$20, VVIP directors’ enclosure – PSL VVIP cards only.”

This decision, as reported by Soccer365.co.zw, sets the stage for what is expected to be a well-attended match between the two sides.
