Parents whose kids attend St. Faith High School got into a heated argument with administration on Thursday over a miscommunication regarding the mission fund fee that needed to be paid.
Before being permitted to enter the institution, the lower A-level pupils had to pay a mission fund to the administration. The principal of the school is said to have refused all entries from kids whose parents failed to make payment.
Using signs to express their displeasure and demand that the principal attend to their concerns, the parents banded together on Thursday afternoon. Nonetheless, the parents were barred from entering the grounds by the school security.
Some parents forced their way inside the school, provoking confrontations with the reverend despite the security personnel’s best attempts. Unwavering in his position, the reverend physically fought the parents before being taken into custody by security.
Many people are left wondering after this incident how these kinds of situations should be handled, particularly in light of the financial difficulties that many families encounter.
It is demanded that a cooperative solution be found.
