The Lund University Global Scholarship program is a competitive, merit-based initiative designed for exceptional academic students from outside the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland) who wish to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at Lund University.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country (and Switzerland) required to pay tuition fees.
- Apply for Bachelor’s or Master’s level studies during the standard application period for at least one semester (30 ECTS credits).

Note: Do not apply if you do not meet Lund University’s admission requirements, have not selected a Lund University program as your first choice at universityadmissions.se, or cannot secure funding for living costs as mandated by the Swedish Migration Board.
Application Instructions
The next application period opens in February 2024.
To apply for a Lund University Global Scholarship, first apply for your chosen program(s) or free-standing courses at Lund University through the national application website, www.universityadmissions.se, during the application window (October 16 – January 15) for studies starting in the autumn semester. Note that some programs may not open for applications until December 1.
After completing your application for a degree program or free-standing courses of at least 30 ECTS credits and paying the application fee, you can apply for the scholarship during the specified application period.
