Lawrence Mutizwa (54) has been arrested in connection with unlawful cultivation of 700 plants of cannabis on church premises in Westlea, Harare.
The shocking aspect of this issue is that the plantantion was being done at a church premise to the point of harvest without anyone noticing.
The government has given greenlight to those who want to farm the plant to do so legally as it is not totally banned but it can be done within the legal frameworks.
