ZB Financial Holdings Opens Innovation Hub
To further its objectives for digital transformation and to position itself as a leading financial technology company, ZB Financial Holdings has launched an innovation hub.
The goal of the hub, One Digital ZB, is to drive ideation, development, and commercialization of new products and services while concentrating on developing a digital platform for banking, insurance, and investments.
Professor Amon Murwira, Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science, and Technology, praised the bank for bolstering the government’s efforts during his speech at the opening.
“Excellent work, ZBFH. As a government, we are aggressively adopting Heritage-based Education 5.0.
This implies that we are examining innovative teaching methods, in-depth learning, internal research and development, and deep learning.
Prof. Murwira stated, “Zimbabwe can only rise if we learn to think and provide homemade solutions.”
Shepherd Fungura, the CEO of ZBFH Group, stated that their company is passionate about providing happy service to its clients.
“Client centricity is our main priority. Our customers are the center of all we do.

In addition to investigating and resolving consumer complaints, Fungura stated that “the ZB Innovation Hub is instrumental in engineering brands for high business performance.”
Digital projects that ZB has started in recent years include My ZBApp, My ZB Smile Zone, ZB Intellique (QMS), and enhanced online banking.
