ZB Financial Holdings Partners with Catholic Church to Combat Drug Abuse

In a bid to promote public health and address societal challenges, ZB Financial Holdings (ZBFH) has announced a strategic partnership with The Catholic Church in Zimbabwe to tackle the escalating issue of drug and illicit substance abuse. This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative reflects ZBFH’s commitment to improving community well-being and aligns with its core values of putting people first.

ZBFH, a leading financial services provider specializing in banking, insurance, and investments, emphasizes a customer-centric approach across its operations. The company has transformed its branches into customer service centers, offering comprehensive financial solutions under one roof.

With a focus on accessibility and convenience, ZBFH has expanded its service channels to provide customers with a range of options for conducting financial transactions. These channels include physical customer service centers spanning 44 locations nationwide, an International Virtual Service Center operating 24/7, and a suite of digital platforms such as the MyZBapp, revamped Internet banking, E Wallet, WhatsApp banking, and ZB Funeral Cover options.

The ZB Cash funeral cover, a key offering, provides a cash benefit to policyholders or registered dependents upon death, aiding in funeral and burial expenses.

“Our main focus is customer-centric, with a mission to create happy people through our services,” stated a spokesperson for ZBFH. “By leveraging innovative channels and enhancing our digital capabilities, we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free banking experience for our valued customers.”

The newly introduced MyZB Digital platform offers convenient online payment options for DSTV subscriptions, CIMAS, Nyaradzo, Utande, and Dandemutande Data, ensuring real-time updates and a connected experience for users.

Furthermore, ZBFH has introduced ZB Smile Zone, a 24-hour WIFI service platform, to enhance customer touchpoints and provide free internet access and content to users.

In line with technological advancements, ZBFH’s Point of Sale (POS) machines now support both ZWL and US$ currencies, with Ecocash acquiring capabilities enabled for added convenience.
