All set for Changamire Festival Awards
The upcoming 9th edition of the Changamire Festival Awards at Mashwede Village is set to be an exciting celebration of local hip-hop culture. The event, scheduled for this Friday, will honor talented artists and influencers in a grand ceremony.
One of the evening’s highlights will be the presentation of the Influential Socialite of the Year honorary award to Botswana’s William Last KRM, also known as Bofelo William Molebatsi in the comedy world. His significant contributions to the comedy industry will be recognized with this prestigious award.

Furthermore, Tatenda “Take Fizzo” Jenami, a key figure in the urban grooves movement, will receive a Lifetime Achievement award for his impactful contributions to the music scene.
Attendees can join in the festivities with free General Admission, while VIP tables are available for purchase at US$100. The event’s dress code encourages formal attire, such as suits, dresses, and heels, enhancing the elegance of the red carpet affair. It promises to be an evening filled with talent, accolades, and sophistication, showcasing the best of local creativity and entertainment.
