Freeman, a ZIMDANCEHALL singer, will debut his 13th album, Trophy, at Alex Sports Club tomorrow. Killer T, Jah Prayzah, Delroy Shewe, Sha Sha, Saintfloew, Feli Nandi, and EXQ are among the artists on the lineup.
Trophy, which the 35-year-old released yesterday, has received positive feedback from a large number of his followers.
Michelle Mukaro, the public relations manager for HKD Band, commended the album, referring to it as Freeman’s most recent “magnum opus” and highlighting the artist partnerships in particular.
Production credits for the album go to Rodney Dj Gwyte, Oskid, Shamex, and Tama. Neilt handled mixing and mastering.
“Today (yesterday), HKD Records is pleased to deliver Freeman’s 13th full-length studio album, Trophy, following the steady build-up to the mega-star.
“HKD Boss has invited an A-list group of friends to join him for his newest magnum effort, setting the tone for the Jacaranda season.
It only took 11 albums for us to enjoy his collaboration with Jah Prayzah, which most had been longing to experience for the first time in ten years.
Apart from collaborating with the Nguni brothers Nox and Tyfah, who have been friends for a long time, he also wows us with two more collaborations with Feli Nandi and Saintfloew, which elevates the project to an entirely new level for the listener.
Naturally, he also gets back together with his longtime brother Delroy Shewe, a budding “Superstar” and HKD disciple, according to Mukaro.
The camp applauded Freeman for forming more partnerships.

“For this album, Freeman enlists the help of Neil.T Music, a well-known music engineer who goes by Neilt in the business and provides top-notch production, mixing, mastering, and recording services.
Neilt mastered and mixed the whole record. He releases Spirit Fingers on the project for the first time ever with the tracks Bhanan’ana and Man to Man, which feature Nox and Tyfah Nguni.
According to Freeman, this record captures a lot of who he is as a musician.
“To me, the TROPHY is the accumulation of the stories, the progress, and the challenges into a body of work. Since I’ve always wanted to develop along with my team and the people I work with as a HKD Boss project, you’ll notice that Tama and Shamex are more prominent this time around.
These have played a significant role in my musical career, and our chemistry as main producers has made working together easier, according to Freeman.
Oskid and Rodney Dj Gwyte are two other producers working on the project.
