Allen and Obert Nyazvigo are facing significant legal ramifications following their alleged attack on police officers who were trying to apprehend their sister for trafficking in illicit substances. Charges of attempted murder swiftly followed what started out as an effort to step in on behalf of their brother.
The brothers are accused of stabbing a police officer and then attacking the other cops with an iron rod. They also allegedly used pepper spray on the cops and vandalised a police vehicle in an attempt to prevent their sister’s detention.
Due to these acts, Allen and Obert Nyazvigo are currently being prosecuted for attempted murder, willful destruction of property, and obstruction of justice. The accused have been placed under remand in custody until their trial, while the authorities attempt to address the seriousness of the charges.

In another story, Tendai Mukosa Arrested For Assaulting Colleague With Screwdriver. Tendai Mukosa(22) from Glen Norah appeared in court over the weekend for allegedly stabbing a collegue three times with a screwdriver on the chest after he insulted him using obscene language.
Tendai Mukosa(22) appeared before Harare regional magistrate Mr Donald Ndirowei charged with attempted murder. He was remanded in custody to April 19. He was advised to apply for bail at the High Court.
The State alleged that on Friday at around 5pm Mukosa had a misunderstanding with the complainant as alleged that he had insulted him using vulgar language.
