A local religious leader has stated that businessman Wicknell Chivayo is destined to amass wealth in all his ventures.
Prophet Thomas Makoni, who leads the Gospel of the Kingdom Ministries, remarked that every nation has individuals like Chivayo, whose paths in life are aligned with financial success.
“Wicknell Chivayo is a representative of prosperity in our nation, especially considering his generosity,” said Prophet Makoni.
“He operates under divine favor — that’s what we call grace.”
He added that while many people work tirelessly and struggle to achieve modest results, others, like Chivayo, seem to receive abundance effortlessly.
“Chivayo is clearly blessed. His decision to support members of his church and others close to him is commendable.”
“Those criticizing him for how he spends his money are simply expressing frustration because they haven’t experienced the same fortune.”
In recent times, the Harare businessman has gained attention for gifting cars and large sums of money to artists, athletes, and sports commentators.
It is estimated that his philanthropic contributions have surpassed US$5 million.
