A teacher at Chisipite Senior School finds herself entangled in legal troubles after purportedly sharing intimate images of her married paramour on social media platforms, sparking a cyberbullying case.
Beauty Tembeni, aged 29, made an appearance in court recently, facing charges of cyberbullying, with the complainant being her lover’s wife, Lovelyn Zigora.

Reportedly, Tembeni initiated a series of calls and WhatsApp messages to Zigora, confessing to her involvement in an extramarital affair with her husband and claiming to be pregnant.
Furthermore, it is alleged that Tembeni posted video clips online, depicting intimate moments with Zigora’s husband, Tawanda, including kissing, and even shared additional compromising images on Instagram.
Zigora had previously pursued legal action against Tembeni for damages related to adultery. However, Tembeni purportedly issued a written apology, assuring Zigora of an end to the affair, a promise she evidently did not uphold.
The harassment allegedly escalated, with Tembeni bombarding Zigora with messages and calls, even during the late hours of the night.
The case is set to proceed to trial, with Tembeni scheduled to appear in court on March 13. Belinda Chimuka is prosecuting the case.
