BULAWAYO — Preparations are shifting into high gear in the City of Kings and Queens as celebrated acapella gospel ministry, Firm Faith, brings its milestone 20th-anniversary celebrations to Bulawayo for a landmark regional edition slated for December 12, 2026.
Organised to cap off two decades of spiritual upliftment through song, the upcoming event is drawing immense anticipation from local gospel enthusiasts eager to witness a historic musical showcase.
The group, which traces its roots back to humble beginnings two decades ago, has cemented its status as a monumental pillar in Southern African choral music, building a legacy defined by profound spiritual depth, tight-knit harmonies, and a striking cultural diversity that mirrors the multi-faceted fabric of the region. Over the past twenty years, Firm Faith has transcended conventional church choir boundaries, evolving into a cross-border powerhouse with extensive tours across Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, and beyond.
Rooted largely in Seventh-day Adventist traditions, the ministry has continuously broken conventional molds by infusing traditional Christian acapella with contemporary vocal arrangements, dynamic stage presence, and multilingual lyricism that appeals to diverse demographics. This rich artistic diversity has allowed them to bridge generational and cultural gaps, uniting audiences under a shared umbrella of faith and vocal execution.
Speaking on the group’s state of readiness for the upcoming Bulawayo showcase, Firm Faith leadership underscored the significance of bringing the 20th-anniversary celebrations to the city.
“This celebration is not just a milestone reflecting on where God has brought us from over the past two decades, but a vital launchpad for Firm Faith’s next chapter of ministry and musical expansion,” an official said.

“We are more than ready to give Bulawayo an unforgettable experience of worship and immaculate harmonies as we carry the 20th-anniversary spirit to the City of Kings and Queens,” the official added.

Tickets for the much-anticipated Bulawayo celebration are currently being processed and secured digitally via ticketing platforms such as Tikiti, reflecting a modern push to streamline access for fans. As the December 12 date draws closer, organizers promise an evening of reflection, worship, and musical excellence, honoring twenty years of resilience, artistic growth, and unwavering dedication to gospel ministry.
