Croco Motors Owner Chingwena and Sons Implicated in Rhodes Estate Fraud

CROCO Motors owner Moses Tonderai Chingwena and his sons have been accused of unlawfully imposing themselves as Directors of Karoi Properties owned by the late Brian James Rhodes.

This was disclosed by a Harare woman, Elizabeth Parerenyatwa, who claims to be the executor of the late Rhodes estate.

Parerenyatwa while giving evidence in a case in which she is accusing two Harare men of supplying false information to a public official revealed that Chingwena and his sons unlawfully imposed themselves as the directors of Rhodes Estate and are currently benefiting.

Parerenyatwa said Chingwena and his sons are criminals and should be arrested for their deeds.

The matter was deffered to May 27, where Parerenyatwa will be cross examined by the defence.
