Nigel Nhamo, aged 33 and employed by Dinson Iron and Steel Company in Manhize, Mvuma, appeared before the Mvuma Magistrates’ Court on theft charges.
The State claims that Nigel Nhamo, the company’s accountant, interfered with the payroll and time sheets that the HR Department created between July 2023 and April 2024. He allegedly took different amounts up to USD 80,000from many employee accounts and instructed the bank to move these amounts to his personal bank accounts.
In addition, Nhamo and his spouse celebrated their union in December 2023 with a lavish wedding and a honeymoon in South Africa. They engaged in daring sports like rock climbing on Table Mountain while they were in South Africa.
