She attended Alexandra Park Primary School in Harare before proceeding to Kyle College in Masvingo for her secondary education. In 2011, Pokello made a significant move by opening her first boutique, “Addicted 2 Shoes,” in Harare. The boutique quickly became a hit, catering to a clientele that appreciated her keen eye for fashion and her ability to source trendy footwear.
This venture was more than just a business; it was a reflection of Pokello’s passion for fashion and her commitment to making a mark in the industry.
Pokello Nare was known in her social circles as a dynamic and ambitious woman long before her rise to fame. Friends and family describe her as someone with an innate sense of style and a charismatic personality.

Despite being a focused daddy’s little princess, In December 2011, Pokello hogged the limelight when her tape with Stunner was leaked by the tabloid, H-Metro. The two-minute clip showed Pokello having unprotected mjolo with local musician Stunner.
Her father, a retired military officer, said he did not condone his daughter’s behavior, but castigated the person who leaked the video. He also said his daughter was strong enough not to be weakened by the tape.
Pokello’s big break came in 2013 when she was selected to represent Zimbabwe in the reality TV show, Big Brother Africa: The Chase. Her participation in the show was a game-changer, catapulting her to instant fame across the continent.
