Fulham Hands Arsenal a Second Straight Loss!
Fulham defeated Arsenal at Craven Cottage, overcoming an early deficit to inflict the Gunners their second straight defeat.
Following his team’s impressive victory, Marco Silva told BBC Sport, “That’s undoubtedly the finest way to end 2023. Our goal was to respond to the previous two games and end on a positive note. We truly deserve it, in my opinion. We deserved more after the ninety-five minutes.
“It was a great response to the opening goal. The way we started to play our game and defeated their pressure. In fact, we had more opportunities to score a third goal.
“This is the hardest part of our journey, but consistency is something we want to get better at. The response was excellent.”
