Legal Battle Looms as Mama Vee, Mudiwa Hood Respond to Holy Ten’s Accusations

Mudiwa Hood unveils his security company

Comedian Mama Vee and musician Mudiwa Hood have announced their intention to take legal action against rapper Holy Ten following controversial remarks he made during an interview.

In a discussion with DJ Ollah 7, Holy Ten criticized multiple individuals, including those from his personal life and the entertainment industry. Among those targeted were Mama Vee and Mudiwa Hood.

Holy Ten accused Mama Vee of encouraging young boys to abandon traditional masculinity by wearing dresses in his comedy skits. Additionally, he alleged that Mudiwa and his spiritual mentor, Prophet Uebert Angel, had shown him firearms and condoms during a visit to their church.

Mama Vee, whose real name is Admire Mushambi, responded on social media, hinting at legal action.

“Cross the rivers but not the quiet ones. Let’s run it the legal way,” he posted.

Mudiwa also took to social media to express his frustration, stating that Holy Ten had sought help from their church during difficult times.

“I am not friends with this young man. His lies and disrespect amount to serious social media abuse against me and my brand! This cyberbullying will not go unpunished. The law will take its course! He is not above the law!” Mudiwa wrote.

He further alleged that Holy Ten had previously approached the church seeking assistance for personal and financial troubles.

“The only time he came to church, he was struggling with marital and financial issues. He even asked for help after his Range Rover was confiscated in Hatfield,” Mudiwa revealed.

Mudiwa claimed he had vouched for Holy Ten and persuaded Prophet Uebert Angel to provide financial aid, which resulted in Holy Ten receiving nearly $4,000 to retrieve his car. He expressed disbelief at the rapper’s alleged dishonesty.

“The last time he spread falsehoods about me, he later apologized, blaming it on alcohol. This time, he won’t get away with it. You don’t disrespect and cyberbully me for attention and expect no consequences,” Mudiwa wrote.

He also stated that he had repeatedly refused to engage with Holy Ten, turning down his requests to represent the MH brand and ignoring multiple attempts to contact him.

“I will let the law take its course! His issues with drugs, possession claims, and alcohol will not serve as excuses this time. No one is above the law!” Mudiwa concluded.

Meanwhile, Mudiwa dismissed a fake legal letter circulating on social media, allegedly from a firm called Mandebvu & Associates, claiming to represent him in a $1.5 million lawsuit against Holy Ten.

“Please be informed that I have NOT hired or authorized the firm mentioned in this document. THAT IS WHY I SAID DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA!” Mudiwa clarified.

He further stated that the letter was fraudulent and did not reflect any legitimate legal action on his behalf. He is currently exploring legal options to address those behind the fake document.
