The candidates for the Star FM Listeners’ Choice Music Awards 2023 have just been announced, and things are about to get interesting!
With four nominations apiece, Leo Magozz, Takura, and Quonfuzed are in first place.
With their killer songs Fire Emoji, Haarore, and Kamunamato Kekbhawa, these outstanding performers are all contending for the prestigious Song of the Year prize.
There’s more, though! Saintfloew, a young hip-hop artist, Freeman, Feli Nandi, South African Shasha, and Ishan and Annatoria’s Lola duet each received three nominations.
We’re excited to see who wins the top rewards since these artists are unquestionably on their game.
The award presentation is scheduled for May 3rd as a radio and internet event. The candidates were announced on Wednesday.
Local musicians are important to Star FM, therefore this year we will emphasize honoring and thanking them, according to Vickers.
Live performances from these incredible performers will be available on the radio and online.
The greatest thing, though? Who wins the awards is up to you to decide! Make sure to vote and support your favorites since voting will be open from April 7 to April 20.
