Manchester United and Arsenal Meet in FA Cup Third Round

In the upcoming FA Cup third round, Arsenal will face Manchester United in a clash between two of the competition’s most successful clubs. United, the reigning champions after winning the cup for the 13th time last season, will take on Arsenal, who secured their record 14th title in 2020.

The match is scheduled for the weekend of January 11-12 at the Emirates Stadium.

Manchester City, the 2023 winners, will host fourth-tier Salford, owned by members of United’s ‘Class of 92,’ including David Beckham, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, and Nicky Butt.

Liverpool will play at home against League Two side Accrington Stanley, while Chelsea will take on Morecambe, the bottom team in League Four. Newcastle will host Bromley, another League Two club.

Tottenham will visit Tamworth, one of the only two non-league sides left in the competition, and Dagenham and Redbridge, another National League team, will travel to Millwall, a second-tier club.
