Michael Ndiweni has left Newcastle United to join Scottish top-flight club Annan Athletic on loan for the remainder of the season.
The move aims to provide the 20-year-old Warriors prospect with valuable senior team experience.
Commenting on the loan, Newcastle United Academy Director Steve Harper expressed well wishes for Ndiweni’s time at Annan Athletic, emphasizing the opportunity for him to gain regular playing time.

Ndiweni, who made his English Premier League debut for Newcastle against Chelsea last November, also featured in the squad for their Champions League match against PSG.
Born in England to Zimbabwean parents, Ndiweni is eligible to represent Zimbabwe. His father is involved in coaching youth football in Newcastle, and his younger brother, Ryan, is part of the Newcastle United Under 18 set-up.
