The much-anticipated Block 3 at Millennium Heights has been completed, with 112 “Dubai-style” luxury apartment units now ready for ownership. Proud new homeowners are already taking possession of their apartments, adding final touches such as furnishings to their spaces.
The official handover of the units is set to take place at the end of this month. The four-story building, which offers affordable luxury living, represents a new era in the design and architecture of the Millennium Heights development.
With Block 3 now complete, attention has shifted to the next phase: the ED Block. This new structure will feature six cascading floors and offer 86 apartments, ranging from studio units to spacious three-bedroom layouts.
Over the next decade, Millennium Heights is set to become home to at least 1,000 apartment units, with a unique design approach that distinguishes each block from the rest. Every apartment will feature a variety of architectural details that bring diversity and novelty to the community.
