President Mnangagwa unveiled the top-performing Ministers and officials during the announcement of the 2023 performance evaluation results and signing of performance contracts for senior public officials for the Fiscal year 2024.
The ceremony, held at the State House in Harare, saw Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Resettlement, Dr Anxious Masuka, retaining his position as one of the top-performing Ministers for the second consecutive year.
Acknowledging their exceptional performance, Mr Paul Nyoni, the Secretary for Provincial Affairs and Devolution in Bulawayo, was recognized as the best Secretary for Provincial Affairs. President Mnangagwa, serving as the guest of honour, presided over the event, emphasizing the importance of accountability and excellence in public service.
The recognition of Dr Anxious Masuka and Mr Paul Nyoni underscores their dedication and effectiveness in their respective roles, contributing significantly to the advancement of their ministries and provinces. Their consistent performance reflects a commitment to delivering tangible results and fostering development at both the national and provincial levels.
