Recently released former legislator Job Sikhala has recounted a dream he had while in Chikurubi Prison, where late opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai appeared to him, shedding tears and providing instructions.
Sikhala, who spent 595 days in pre-trial detention, sought interpretations for this and other dreams during a visit to Bulawayo-based Prophet Blessing Chiza’s Eagle Life Ministries Church.

Expressing gratitude for Chiza’s prayers during his prison term, Sikhala revealed his reluctance to re-engage actively in opposition politics amidst ongoing turmoil, opting instead to rest and reflect on recent events.
Chiza, known for his interactions with political figures like Nelson Chamisa and sports personalities like Marvelous Nakamba, disclosed that Sikhala also dreamt of late South African President Nelson Mandela, who purportedly advised him to adopt a different attire.
This dream, Sikhala affirmed, influenced his change in speaking style, drawing comparisons to Mandela’s demeanor.
