South African Singer Bucie Seeks Divorce from Zim Chartered Accountant Husband 'Lucky Nhlanhla Nkomo'

Busisiwe “Bucie” Nqwiliso, a South African songbird, is poised to be single again after her spouse, Zimbabwean chartered accountant Lucky Nhlanhla Nkomo, filed for divorce, alleging irreconcilable differences.

According to Sunday World, the couple’s fairytale marriage has crumbled owing to the influence of other influences, prompting Nkomo to file for divorce lately.

The couple, who married in 2016, have three children together, and Bucie has a son born in 2006.

“He claims that instead, Bucie has been following the dictates of her pals and that no one can reason with her.

“He also stated that there was no meaningful or constructive communication between them, and as a result, he saw no reason to continue with the marriage,” one insider told Sunday World.

According to a co-parenting plan apparently laid out as part of their divorce, Nkomo will live with the children while Bucie will be able to visit them whenever she sees fit.

“They have already agreed that Lucky must live with the children and allow Bucie access to see them whenever it is suitable for both of them.”

According to the source, the Get Over It singer and her estranged spouse have reportedly agreed that she would keep their property in Roodepoort when their divorce is finalised.

“They have also agreed that they will each retain their vehicles and furniture,” according to a source.

Bucie announced her return to the music arena just a week before the news of her upcoming divorce broke.

During her hiatus from the music business, the 37-year-old diva stated that she had been concentrating on expanding her record company, Bucie Pty Ltd.

“Music is my life, therefore it naturally takes up the most of my time. However, I’ve also been focused on my record label, Bucie Pty Ltd, and intend to expand my operations to promote upcoming musicians.

“Additionally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring new creative ventures,” she stated to The Sowetan.
