The ladies of the night demanded time to remember Sophia Amanda Hungwa, who died last Thursday at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals. She was 34 years old.
The group performed seductive dances and even provided free mjolo to mourners. They claimed that this was the best way to send Sophia off in the “perfect” way.
A number of health professionals, businessmen, kombi drivers, touts, and socialites attended Sophia’s funeral and joined a convoy to Warren Hills Cemetery, where she was laid to rest. Sophia was a mother of two boys.
“Sophia was one of those people who didn’t hold grudges against whoever wronged her,” one of the mouners said.
