Dancehall star Vybz Kartel has reportedly signed a lucrative contract worth approximately $4 million in ahead of his highly anticipated homecoming concert slated on December 31, 2024.
A recent video circulating online shows the deejay in the office of American entertainment and business mogul, Joseph Bogdanovich, where he is seen signing the contract.
This collaboration with Downsound Entertainment, led by CEO Cordel ‘Skatta’ Burrell, has sparked significant excitement among fans and the music industry.
Following his release from prison, Vybz Kartel bemoaned in a recent interview about how pricey he remains despite being in jail for 13 years.

Even though, the venue as to where Vybz Kartel concert will be hosted remains undisclosed however it is confirmed that, the event will take place in Kartel’s hometown of Jamaica before moving on to Trinidad.
Shedding more light on his new deal, sources suggest that Kartel secured $4 million from the deal, however the artist is yet to confirm the exact amount.
