President Jera highlighted the strategic approach of integrating young players with seasoned professionals, aiming to groom the next generation of tennis stars. He emphasized the importance of learning from experienced players like the Lock brothers for future success.
Jera underscored the team’s objective to maintain their position in World Group II while simultaneously planning for the future. Recognizing the current depth of talent, Jera stressed the need for a pragmatic approach, acknowledging that progression to Group I requires sustained development efforts.
