ZRP Teams Up with INTERPOL and South African Police to Catch Ecobank Armed Robbers

Investigations into the recent US$4 million robbery at Ecobank are gaining momentum. Police have called in international agencies to help track down the bandits involved.

Paul Nyathi, the national police spokesperson, confirmed that they are working with the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and the South African Police Service (SAPoliceService) to locate the six armed robbers linked to the case.

This announcement follows widespread shock and discussion in the community about the audacious robbery. The heavily armed thieves managed to steal a staggering amount of cash in broad daylight in Bulawayo last Thursday, raising concerns about security and safety in the area.
