CCC councillors humiliate ZANU PF candidates

Five Citizen Coalition for Change (CCC) councillors in Mvurwi town humiliated ZANU PF councillors candidates in the just ended elections.

Mvurwi town has six wards and ZANU PF managed to secure only one.

CCC councillors, Elisha Benjamin, Fanuel Chigonero, Shepard Chawira,Thulani Ndlovu and Tonderai Samhu won while ZANU PF’s Champion Mugweni won for the ruling party.

Samhu, Benjamin and Ndlovu are veteran opposition activists who were once arrested for protesting against the ruling party and spent time in prison.
