– 3 sachets of gelatin

1. Begin by placing the chicken thighs in a pot along with the carrots, celery, onions, black peppercorns, bay leaf, Cajun spice, and salt. Pour in enough water to cover the chicken.

– Slowly simmer the mixture until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

2. Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the pot and shred it into smaller pieces, ensuring all bones are discarded. Reserve the chicken broth; do not discard it.
