Harare | DJ Rimo, Mr Brown, and Mis Daisy have collaborated to create a song in memory of late socialite and businessman Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure.

Ginimbi perished in a traffic accident on his way home to Domboshava on November 8, 2020.

Moana, a fitness devotee, and Ginimbi’s two other companions were also killed in the tragedy.

The song, titled ‘Panobaya Moyo,’ was released three days ago.

Ginimbi’s best buddy was DJ Rimo.

The song was published together with images depicting many aspects of Ginimbis’ lavish lifestyle.

DJ Rimo stated that his friend may be gone, but he lives on in his heart.

“This song was extremely emotional to produce, dedicated to Ginimbi. He is gone but he will never be forgotten.

“Mr Brown is a gifted artist and while Mis Daisy has a powerful voice that will take her places,” he said.

DJ Rimo began his career in 2009 and quickly gained recognition in the music industry.

In 2010, he became the tour DJ for renowned artists such as Akon and Sean Paul. during their performances in Zimbabwe.

Later that year, he also worked with Beenie Man, further establishing his reputation as a skilled and versatile DJ.
