Renowned businessman, music producer, and entertainer, DJ Tira, has strongly refuted allegations made by his former artist, Luke Ntombela.
Recently, Ntombela took to various social media platforms to demand explanations from DJ Tira, whose real name is Mthokozisi Khathi, regarding an incident where she claimed to have woken up unclothed in the DJ’s bed.
Through a series of social media posts and videos, Ntombela, hailing from Escourt in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, questioned the circumstances that led her to find herself in the same bed as Tira.
Expressing her distress, Ntombela implied potential sexual misconduct, stating, “I hear you saying this and that about witchcraft. How do you explain the pain of waking up in someone’s bed when you’re blacked out?”
She further alleged that despite being unconscious, Tira allegedly continued to touch her inappropriately, insinuating a romantic relationship.

Even after DJ Tira offered financial compensation, Ntombela persistently sought clarification on the events, rejecting the monetary offer and demanding answers. “Tira, please explain to me, what happened?” she reiterated in her videos.
Responding to these allegations, DJ Tira has taken legal steps against Ntombela, a former participant in “Clash of the Choirs.”
In a cease-and-desist letter issued by Khathi & Mkhize Attorneys, DJ Tira’s legal representatives accused Ntombela of attempting to extort money from Tira and his wife, Gugu Khathi.
The letter highlights that the allegations made by Ntombela lack credibility and are driven by malicious intent, with the aim to extract money from DJ Tira under false pretenses.
