Jilted Micheal Ndoro’s Ex-Wife ‘Precious Star Jenami’ Abusing Him Through Prosecution

Jilted Micheal Ndoro's Ex-Wife 'Precious Star Jenami' Abusing Him Through Prosecution

Prominent businessman Micheal Ndoro has wrote a letter to the acting Prosecutor General Mr Nelson Mutsonziwa complaining about the manner in which his ex-wife Precious Star Jenami is abusing him through the prosecution.

“I register my complain against vexatious litigant – Precious Star Jenami regarding the manner in which she has sought to abuse the criminal justice system using certain malcontents within the National Prosecution Authority in the above referenced matters/cases.”reads part of his letter.

Mr Ndoro requested the NPA to launch an investigation on the dockets related to the above referenced cases as it would appear that there has been deliberate oversight to continue to harass himself and partner using the judiciary system to bring about charges on matters that are frivolous at the expense of their reputation and wastage of State resources.

” As you can infer from case number CR150/02/22 CRB9229/22, this matter was reported in February 2022 by Precious Star Jenami at Avondale Police Station.

“I was incarcerated by the misuse of Form 242 (copy attached) on 6 September 2022. The matter has continued to be postponed every month since September until now and a date has been set for trial on 7 March 2023 by the prosecution,” reads Ndoro’s letter.

Ndoro further stated that this is in total disregard of the order issued by Mrs. Justice Chirawu-Mugomba on 24″ May 2019 at the High Court-Case HC4300/19.

“The order clearly states, “The respondent (Precious Star Jenami) be and hereby ordered to stop instituting other legal proceedings to do with companies in which both parties have an interest in until the divorce matter in this case number HC 9611/18 is finalised,” he said.

Mr Ndoro said he wanted a review of this case by the NPA to determine its legal standing and the violation or Contempt of Court.

“With regards Case CR 105/06/22 were the litigant again is Precious Star Jenami in her attempt to accuse me of Contempt of Court with regards to a Domestic Violence Case DV 87/19 this matter was heard by the Provincial Prosecutor in Goromonzi Magistrate Court sometime in October 2022,He said.

He went on saying that upon reviewing the docket, the prosecutor advised the litigant that her case was frivolous and cautioned her and her lawyers for being vexatious.

He stated that Jenami proceeded to launch a complaint with the NPA office in Harare and the files for both these cases and another case against her – CR 04/07/22 were she had unlawfully broken and entered his factory at his place of residence with armed thugs in July 2022- were requested by NPA head office and transferred to Marondera Magistrate Court.
