- 2 cups Water
- 8 Carrots, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
- ½ tsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Boil the Carrots
- Pour 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Slice the peeled carrots into desired sizes and add them to the boiling water.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender but not overly soft.
