The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung offers scholarships to international students enrolled in master’s or doctorate programs at German universities. These scholarships are intended for highly qualified students who are involved in social and political causes.
Who Can Apply:
International students from around the world, with a preference for women, students from non-academic or migrant backgrounds, those in need, and individuals with disabilities.
Master’s students must be enrolled at a German university, and PhD students must have been accepted into a German university.
Applicants should have German language skills at least at B2 level.

Scholarship Benefits:
Living grant for the duration of your standard study program.
Additional support includes workshops, summer schools, and practical training in skills like rhetoric and time management.
Tuition fees are not covered.

October 1st for scholarships starting in the summer semester (April).
April 1st for scholarships starting in the winter semester (October).
