Scottland Fc Fingered in Match Fixing Scandal in the Northern Region League

A bombshell match-fixing scandal has erupted in Zimbabwean football, tarnishing Scottland FC’s resounding 7-nil victory over Norton Community on October 11, 2024, at Rufaro Stadium.

Eyewitnesses and disturbing video footage reveal shocking evidence of collusion. Norton Community players appeared to deliberately sabotage their own game, sparking widespread outrage.

One damning video shows a Norton Community player brazenly moving away from the ball, raising questions about the team’s integrity.

In response to the public backlash, Norton Community has suspended five officials pending further investigation.

Meanwhile Scottland Fc are in the title chasing race with MWOS Fc who are ahead of them with three points.

The Mabvuku based side are demanding that they be awarded three points for their abandoned match against Karoi United where a center referee is alleged to have faked an injury when he was hit by a ball thrown inside the pitch by supporters who wanted the match to resume quickly.

As investigations continue, fans demand answers and want the football fathers to restore sanity in the most loved game in the country.
