A 35-year-old Victoria Falls resident was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault on a man and given a 15-year prison sentence.
The State proved that some time in January 2023 the accused person coerced her 28-year-old neighbour into having s*xual relations with her at her pitch without his consent,” the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ) stated in a statement on X.
“The accused individual also participated in s*xual activities with the complainant without his consent at some point between February 1, 2023, and June 9, 2023.”
