Woman demands ex-husband’s girlfriend to be kicked out of court

A Woman sought the court to eject her ex-husband’s girlfriend, claiming that she didn’t feel secure around her.

After dragging her ex-husband Farai Kombora to court to obtain support for their two children, Tinotenda Dzingai made the motion.

Tinotenda’s request was denied by Magistrate Sharon Mashavira.

She stated that anybody was free to attend court hearings and that she lacked the authority to exclude someone from the courtroom absent a legal requirement.

Tinotenda demanded US$240 in maintenance for their two children.
