Philana Tinotenda “Tino” Kadewere, born in Highfield in 1996, is a Zimbabwean professional footballer who plays as a striker for the Zimbabwe national team and the La Liga club Mallorca on loan from Ligue 1 club Lyon.

Tino Kadewere, regarded as one of Zimbabwe’s most skilled attackers at the moment, is also one of the highest-paid Zimbabwean football players.

After graduating from his high school team at Prince Edward School, Kadewere was signed by Harare City in 2014. During the first half of his first season with the first team, he scored seven goals in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League.

Tino Kadewere spent the summer of 2015 on trial with Swedish first-division team Djurgardens IF and French Ligue 2 club Sochaux. Later that year, in August 2015, he agreed to join Djurgrdens IF on loan for the remainder of the season, with the club having the option to sign him permanently on a four-year contract at the conclusion of the year. He made his Allsvenskan debut on August 29, 2015.

He then signed for Djurgrden at a reported 150K Euros.

After being removed in the 85th minute, he scored his first league goal for the club on July 25, 2016, a consolation goal in the 94th minute of a 3-1 home loss against GIF Sundsvall.

On May 27, 2018, he scored four goals in a league game against IK Sirius, becoming the first Djurgrden player to do so since Tommy Berggren in 1978.

In July 2018, Kadewere signed a four-year contract with French Ligue 2 team Le Havre. The stated sum paid to Djurgrden was $2.5 million.

On January 22, 2020, Kadewere signed Ligue 1 team Olympique Lyonnais. The agreement also called for him to stay on loan at Le Havre for the rest of the 2019-20 season.

He joins the Lyon team for the 2020-21 season. On November 8, 2020, he scored twice for Lyon in a 2-1 win over Saint-Étienne.

Kadewere joined Mallorca on loan with the option to purchase on August 29, 2022.

Tino Kadewere has represented Zimbabwe at the under-17, under-20, and under-23 young levels, in addition to his successful club career.

He made his senior team debut against Comoros on June 21, 2015.
