Westprop Holdings will once again headline the Zimbabwe Real Estate Conference in Harare, themed “Driving Growth, Seizing Opportunity.”

The conference, set for August 28, 2024, at the Golden Conifer, will host over 300 guests and 100 companies. WestProp CEO Ken Sharpe, one of the main speakers, will share his extensive property sector experience and provide inspirational insights for aspiring investors.

He will elaborate on the company’s “one billion brick vision” and the “Bring Dubai to Zimbabwe” initiative while unveiling new market products.

Event organizers state that the theme aims to position the real estate sector as a key driver of Zimbabwe’s economic growth. The one-day conference will gather investors, developers, the public, and value chain players to develop a strategic roadmap for economic stimulation through property investment.

The event will feature interactive panel discussions and case studies from local, regional, and international experts. According to WestProp’s Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Marilyn Mosha, the conference provides a unique opportunity for real estate professionals to reflect and learn from one another.
