Hosts Zimbabwe have failed to reach the semi-finals of the CAF African Schools Football Championship after both their Boys and Girls teams were eliminated in the group stages.
Despite playing in front of home support at Gateway High School, neither side could do enough to secure a place in the last four.
The Boys team finished their Group A campaign with just two points from three matches, while the Girls side struggled even more, managing only a single point.
In the Boys category, last year’s finalists Senegal progress to the semi-finals alongside Benin, Uganda and Morocco.
