Harare- Reggae music has long stood as a cultural cornerstone and the rhythmic heartbeat of post-independence Zimbabwe, serving as a powerful voice for unity, liberation, and social consciousness. That rich heritage continues this weekend as the popular Reggae Roadblock event relocates to On The Roof club, located on the first floor of Travel Plaza at the corner of Josiah Chinamano and Mazowe Street.
Presented by Let Them Trust, the event is scheduled for Sunday, 25 October 2026, running from 4 PM until late with an entry fee of $5.
The show features a heavyweight lineup of performing artists, including Empress Helgah, African Shumba, Prime Minister, J Bantan, MC Badda Badda, Jahsword, Fuzzy L, Nina X, Mr Muffin, Startime, and Supapowa. These acclaimed acts are set to deliver a dynamic mix of nostalgic cover versions and original songs designed to mesmerize fans. Beyond the music, patrons can expect a vibrant atmosphere complete with good food and refreshments sponsored by Coca-Cola.
